Ordering Process

Our ordering process is pretty simple.

  • First you need to send us the pics of the bag you want to order or give the exact model name or model number. We will check our stock and get back to you with the price including shipping and detailed pics of your bag.
  • If you are ok with our price you will then need to make the payment by Bank Transfer or ZELLE（We have bank of America account.）We will send you pre-shipment pics of your bags within 24 hrs after payment clearance.

             

  • Upon final conformation from you we will ship your bag with DHL/Fedex Express and give you the tracking number. You will receive your order within 3-5 business days.

            

Return Policy

Generally speaking, we don’t have return policy, because we will have a professional staff to check every details of your bag and guarantee it’s perfect before shipment, also send you the per-shipment video for you to ensure the model, color, size of the bag are all correct. We will ship it after your ensure and permission.

Customs Clearance 

We send all orders with very low invoices as gifts. So there is very little chance that your order will be detained by customs. Still in case if any order gets detained in customs then we have people in customs of every country who get your items cleared from the customs and get it delivered right at your doorsteps. You do not need to pay extra custom fee in any way.
